Privacy notice

This notice explains what personal information Nextroute collects through this website, why we collect it, and what you can do about it. Nextroute is a social enterprise in formation — company/CIC registration details will be published here once legally established.

What we collect

When you use an enquiry form on this site, we collect the details you give us: typically your name, email address, organisation, and whatever you choose to tell us in your message, plus answers to any pathway-specific questions (for example, the vacancies you're hiring for or the support you're looking for).

When you sign up to the newsletter, we collect your email address.

We do not collect special-category data (such as health, religion or offence history) through this website, and we ask you not to include it in your message. If a conversation progresses, we'll agree separately what's needed and how it's handled.

Why we collect it

We use enquiry details only to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to begin a conversation about working together. We use newsletter emails only to send occasional updates you've asked for.

Our lawful basis under UK GDPR is legitimate interest (responding to enquiries from organisations and individuals who contact us) and consent (newsletter signups).

Who we share it with

No one, beyond the systems needed to run this website and deliver email. We do not sell, rent or trade personal information, and we do not share enquiry details with employers, partners or any third party without your knowledge.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are kept while the conversation is active and for a reasonable period afterwards, then deleted. You can ask us to delete your details at any time and we'll do it.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or erase your personal information, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to withdraw consent at any time. To use any of these rights, email atifmahmood1982@gmail.com.

If you're unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
